As a practice, we are true believers that preventative care and education are the keys to optimal dental health. We strive to provide “dental health care” vs. “disease care”. That’s why we focus on thorough exams – checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking x-rays when necessary. We also know that routine cleanings, flossing, sealants, and fluoride are all helpful in preventing dental disease. Not only are we focused on the beauty of your smile, we’re also concerned about your health. A review of your medical history can help us stay informed of your overall health, any new medications, and any illnesses that may impact your dental health.

Infection control in our office is also very important to the team at Queen Dental Care Center. Meet the team
Dr. William F. Queen
Dr. Queen has been practicing restorative dentistry for more than 41 years. He received his bachelor degree in accounting from West Virginia Institute of Technology in 1968. He earned his doctorate of dental surgery degree from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 1977 and went on to graduate from University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in 1983, with a specialty in Prosthodontics.
Through a combination of state of the art technology, sensible treatment plans and genuine devotion to the unique needs of each patient, Dr. Queen preserves healthy teeth and gums, alleviates oral discomfort and improves the appearance of smiles on a daily basis. He has applied his unique blend of artistic and technical skills to produce durable and aesthetic results in thousands of patients.
A West Virginia native and resident of Berkeley County since 1968, Dr. Queen is licensed by the Dental Board of West Virginia and is a member of the American Dental Association, WV Dental Society and Eastern Panhandle Dental Society. Dr. Queen taught Restorative Dentistry part-time from 1977-2015 at WVU School of Dentistry. Dr. Queen has also been a member of the Berkeley County School Board serving as President of the Board since 1996.
Dr. Whitney Queen
Dr. Whitney graduated from Martinsburg High School in 1999. As a youth growing up in Berkeley County, she had a passion for gymnastics and was named a Level 8 State Champion at the age of 12. Dr. Whitney was also very active during her tenure at Martinsburg High School where she pursued cheerleading, was a percussionist in the band and served as Field Commander her Junior and Senior years. After 3 years of undergraduate study in biology at Shepherd University, she transferred to WVU, graduating from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 2006 with her doctorate of dental surgery degree.
Dr. Whitney is the recipient of the following awards, Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Academy of Osseointegration. Dr. Whitney is licensed by the Dental Board of West Virginia, is a member of the American Dental Association, Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity, WV Dental Association, and Eastern Panhandle Dental Society. She lives in Shepherdstown with her husband Mike and their sons, Easton and Oakley.
Stacy Jefferson
Office Manager
Stacy has more than 35 years of service with Dr. Queen. She handles all aspects of the business side of the practice. She is married, with two children, two grandchildren and one on the way. Outside of work she enjoys volunteering at church and loving on her grandbabies.
Terry Miller
Dr. Queen’s Assistant
Terry comes with over 27 years of experience here at our office and is Dr. Queen’s assistant. Terry is Dr. Queen’s trusted side kick and you usually don’t see him without her by his side. You can find Terry after hours mowing or tending to her garden. She and her husband have two children, two granddaughters and another grandchild on the way. She and her husband love spending time with their grandchildren.
Donna Hercules
Dental Hygienist
Donna comes with 21 plus years of experience and is one of our dental hygienist. Graduating from West Liberty College, Donna is married and has three kids. She also has a Great Dane named Marius that steals plenty of attention in her family.
Sara Alderton
Dental Assistant
Sara celebrates 12 plus years of experience here at Queen Dental Care Center and is the assistant to Dr. Whitney. She and Dr. Whitney have made a great team together for their patients since Dr. Whitney joined the practice in 2006. She is married with three kids. Sara keeps active outside of the office with her kids and church family.
Tia Triggs
Dental Hygienist
Tia started with our office as a full time dental hygienist in 2013 graduating from Allegheny College of Md. She is married to Andrew and when not in our office cleaning teeth, you can usually find her and her husband out on their boat somewhere on the Potomac. (weather permitting of course)
Chrissy Trenary
Office/Dental Assistant
Chrissy has been with us since 2014 and was a welcomed addition to our growing staff. She wears many hats in the office. She is married and has two children. Outside of our office Chrissy loves to garden, enjoys the beach and just getting away.
Evan Bobo
Dental Hygienist
Evan joined our staff as another full time hygienist in 2016. A graduate of WVU, you can find Evan in his spare time and when the weather cooperates, taking a ride on his Harley.
Chrissy Gibbons
Office Assistant
Chrissy joined our staff and is a much welcomed addition just a little over a year ago. She is married with one step-daughter. Chrissy is an avid dog lover and the dog mom to Ivy and Coope
